The best material for this type of sprocket would be NYLON (PA), but ASA, a better substitute for ABS, worked perfectly here. It is very strong and resistant to loads.
The photos below show the finished projects and the damaged sprockets (the ones in white). The original pins were cleaned of old glue, the new sprockets were glued in with epoxy glue.
The project also included modeling the entire pin with the gear, in the pin the thread 8-32 UNC (another tap for the collection! :)).
